My husband loves his movies, but he is not a big fan of movie theaters. He feels it is just too expensive to go to see a movie in the theater. He would rather wait to rent it. I have to admit that one night out at the movie theater puts a big dent into our monthly entertainment budget. A DVD movie rental does not. Also I have seen other parents leaving halfway through a movie because their kids are tired or not behaving. I would rather wait for a children’s movie to be available for DVD movie rental. If my kids are not in the mood to watch a movie we can turn it off. We can always watch the movie when they are ready. A child needs a potty break we pause the movie, no need to miss any part of the movie. Another advantage of going with a DVD movie rental is the only limit to the number of people watching the movie is how many we can fit in our living room. I like having a living room full of my children’s friends all enjoying a movie I rented.
