cheap dvd movies, dvd movie rentalEver since we got our widescreen HDTV, we have been making a habit of buying cheap DVD movies to watch at night instead of watching TV shows. Of course it's summer and we are tired of reruns, so the cheap DVD movies we are watching seem pretty entertaining. Just because they are cheap doesn't mean that they are bad movies. Actually, they are pretty good movies, but just not new releases. If we want to watch a new release, we go tot he store for a DVD movie rental for the movie. 

Watching DVD movies on a widescreen HDTV is such a great experience. We waited a long time to get the new television technology and boy, had we known how great they are, we would have gotten one a long time ago. We want to watch all our favorite movies over again on the HDTV and probably discover aspects of the film that we didn't see before. It's like getting great speakers for a stereo and listening to an old album.
